Job Description
工作職責:
1、負責薪酬、MPF計算工作;
2、制定績效管理方案及跟蹤考核過程,協助開展考評;
3、協助制定、完善人力資源部相關制度及流程等;
4、協助開展部門其他工作。
任職要求:
1、高級文憑及以上學歷;
2、3-5年人力資源工作經驗;
3、熟悉勞工條例;
4、熟練office操作(Excel,Word,PPT);
5、有基本財務知識為佳;
6、具備良好的數據分析能力、良好的團隊協作能力。
