• Provide HR service on remuneration, benefits, and performance management
• Liaise with various departments to provide full HR service from talent identification, resourcing, to employee on and off-boarding
• Prepare monthly payroll, analytics, yearly tax reporting, medical insurance and conduct yearly benchmarking and analysis analytics to support business goals
• Provide annual performance appraisal, salary and bonus review
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Lead HR projects to improve employee engagement 
• Handle employee relations and communications

• Minimum 3 years of similar relevant experience 
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is a big advantage
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Computer proficiency in application of MS Office 365.
• Independent in handling daily HR operations with effective problem solving and influencing skills to provide recommendation and HR solutions to managers
