Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a HR generalist role to support the Institute in all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, analytical reports, HR systems, learning & development and staff engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative supports of the entire employment cycle from hiring to exit process
Conduct interviews for designated job roles/levels
Support on interview/meeting arrangement and documentation
Assist in records management including HR system, SharePoint, and staff personal files
Lead and participate in staff engagement initiatives
Engage in any HR and Institute-wide projects

Job Requirements

Degree holder or above in HR Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Good Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office/365, Visio, Chinese word processing
Be able to work independently
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Immediately available candidate is preferable
