Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support branch operations in a hands-on manner, including administrative support on daily operation, repair and maintenance, etc.
- Assist the manager on reviewing Branch Operation Procedures, streamline of operation process and develop of new operation procedures
- Work closely with branch staff and IT department on branch operation system and back-office system development, including consolidation of user requirement and result of UAT (user acceptance test)
- Conduct internal audit of branch to review effectiveness of current operation procedures and report areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Strong analytical mind
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience is preferred
