Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Reporting to HR Senior, work with HR assistant
• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources matters including but not limited to payroll, final payments, MPF administration, attendance, leave management, taxation, recruitment, various insurances such as employee's compensation and training etc.
• Monitor and maintain HRIS system
• Maintain complete, up-to-date, accurate HR records
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work well independently and multi-tasking
• Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Holder of diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 4-5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration preferably in F&B, retails or customer services industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related regulations
• Able to work under pressure
• A good team player, responsible and detail-minded and good numeric sense
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
