Job Description

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will be in charge of full training and talent development cycle for the whole functions of business in Hong Kong, including but not limit to training needs analysis, program design & delivery, feedback and effectiveness evaluation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, conduct and evaluate all kinds of learning solutions including e-learning, virtual class, face-to-face training and field coaching covering in the areas of staff onboarding, capability training, leadership and management skills, team building, as well as talent development
  • Closely partner with Operations, Departmental Team and HR Business Partner in delivering various cross-team initiatives
  • Develop and maintain e-learning platform, prepare training reports and statistics for management review
  • Maintain performance management platform, conduct training on the year-round performance management process
  • Participate in train-the-trainer program and talent development program for supporting business needs and growth
  • Monitor and review training effectiveness through observing various KPIs results, take improvement action if any discrepancy is identified
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid work experience in managing and delivering training, preferably in group level of FMCG, consumer goods industry
  • Degree holder or above
  • Solid knowledge and experience in all aspect of learning and development including training needs analysis, course design, delivery and evaluation of course effectiveness
  • Strong presentation skill with high adaptability in different presentation styles to suit for different types of audience and brands
  • With proven track record in in-house e-learning management
  • People-oriented, self-motivated with good business acumen
  • Can work independently, well organized and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially in MS PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior L&D Officer
