• Bachelor’s degree holder (Full-time from a reputable university);
• Possesses around 16-20 years’ professional, solid, and all-rounded Human Resources experience (with focus on BP in recent years) gained from reputable and sizable companies;
• Devoted, strategic, dynamic, with very good business acumen;
• With drive and confidence for challenges;
• Approachable, with very good interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and experience;
• Proficient in English (verbal and written), and fluent in Cantonese.
