Job Description
Responsibilities
- To support in administering HR policies and operations
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the team (e.g. data entry, filing and record updating, etc.)
- To update HR internal communication and participate in HR projects.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Year 2 to Year 3 Undergraduate students from all Human Resource Management / Management
- Interested in HRM as a profession
- Responsible, detail-minded and good interpersonal skill
- Strong desire to excel and build a professional career in FMCG & manufacturing industry
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Working hour: 9am - 18pm , 2 days / week (<18 hours /week)
- Work location: Tai Po
