Job Description
Our client is one of the largest Government Department which looking for senior candidates to driving the implementation of the change management initiatives for the Smart Library System project.
Job requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from Hong Kong University, or equivalent;
- At least 8 years post-degree full time working experience in change management implementation or similar IT/ administrative duties, carrying out change management related activities, project coordination, contract management, content management and training, etc., with at least 4 years’ experience at supervisory or above level; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- To consult and coordinate with various parties in Hong Kong Public Libraries (HKPL) and LCSD in driving the implementation of the change management initiatives for the Smart Library System (SLS) project;
- To formulate and institute change management plans according to the change management needs, and devise details of various change management initiatives;
- To plan and conduct change management activities for communicating with library staff during the course of project implementation in order to gain end-user buy-in and mitigate resistance;
- To design and build coaching and training plans for supporting library staff to adopt smoothly the changes incurred under the SLS project;
- To assist in setting up and managing a centralized website for delivering project related information in order to facilitate internal communication with library staff;
- To formulate publicity plan and carry out executive works for gaining public acceptance of the changes brought by SLS project;
- To attend/convene relevant meetings on change management and project implementation, and provide advice, guidance and support on change management to library staff during the course of change management process;
- To monitor the progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management initiatives for reporting to library management, and
- To undertake any other duties as assigned.
