Job Description:

• The position is responsible for handling customer service hotline, providing quality customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint and general administrative work at our service center.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years or above Customer Services and Telecommunication experience
• Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
• Counter service experience is an advantage

職責：

• 負責客戶服務熱線，提供優質的客戶服務，包括處理顧客對產品維修的查詢和投訴，及一般文職工作。

資歷：

• 最少有三年或以上有關電訊及客戶服務經驗
• 良好粵語，英語及普通話
• 積極主動，有上進心及有良好溝通技巧
• 擁有櫃台服務經驗者優先
