Job Description

Our client is a leading apparel player in an integrated supply chain from raw material production, manufacturing to retailing. For supporting the business needs and the organizational development, they are now looking for a great talent as Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic team.  With less years of relevant experiences, the candidate can be considered as HR Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • By reporting to Director – Group Human Resources and Organizational Development, this position is to improve the overall employee experience; enhance the talent acquisition as well as organizational development.
  • Act as HR Business Partner – to provide advice/insights on employee engagement, people and organizational development; collaborate with different business stakeholders including regional and local team.
  • Lead the design and execution of recruitment, training and talent management and other organizational development projects.
  • Inspire and influence business partners to persuade for the most effective people-related matter.
  • Plan, deliver and drive people initiative independently with adoption an analytical mindset and budget control.

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Language (English). Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of working experience, preferably in HR, Training, Communications, or Marketing role; experience in international and multi-cultural environments preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with working proficiency in Chinese literacy.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel; knowledge of PowerBI & Video Editing Software is advantage.
  • Confident and proactive team player with great influencing skills and intellectual capacity.
  • strong strategic thinking with learning agility business acumen & analytical consideration.
