• Responsible for all monthly reports’ verification and submission to Government including monthly reconciliation for co-payment and other finance reporting
• Work closely with Senior Business & Compliance Manager to analyze and identify the claim trends or related issues, investigate the root cause of issues and propose improvement plan
• Assist in the process of business performance management and case audit
• Identify any issues related to the reports or system and liaise with IT team for system enhancement
• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of case registration

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in work injury management is a MUST
• Solid experience in business reporting and data analysis
• Experience in claims analysis, work injury management and system enhancement are preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
