Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general and ad-hoc administrative activities to ensure day-to-day smooth operations of the office
  • Office facility management and general office administration
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards.
  • Business trip arrangement,  license management, insurance maintenance 
  • Negotiate and work out an agreement with the landlord, contractors and vendors, etc.
  • Liaise with regional operations team to improve admin operations of the group
  • Handle and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • With exposure in FI/Banking environment preferred
  • Flexible and attention to details, skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
