Our client is a renowned education institute with global footprint. In preparation for the upcoming expansion and digital transformation process, they are now inviting potential candidate to join their head office here in Hong Kong as Project Manager (HRIS and Data Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of C&B and work closely with other stakeholders, you play a big part being the project leader to drive the new HRIS project, from sourcing vendors, research, gather user requirements, vendor selection, monitor the progress, data migration till the system go live.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder.
• Minimum 7 years working experience, previous experience in HRIS implementation project is a must.
• Sensitive to figures, capable to lead project, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Detail oriented, familiar with generating various reports.
• Excellent time and task management and organization skill, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Mandarin oral conversation and able to read simplified Chinese would be a plus).
