Job Description

職責:

  • 負責日常之倉存管理工作,包括但不限於物資搬運、包裝、物資記錄及標籤
  • 確保倉內物料有系統及組織地儲存
  • 協助中央採購部統籌指定地區採購事宜
  • 負責與供應商聯繫,確保物料交收準確及符合品質要求
  • 與司機聯繫,安排物料運送到各分行
  • 負責跟進物料出入記錄,及確保記錄明確清晰
  • 協助營運支援部,並提供緊急支援
  • 負責管理中央文件資料庫,確保文件存放有序
  • 協助處理由直屬上司指派之工作及職務

 要求:

  • 文憑或以上學歷
  • 5年或以上行政、採購或倉務工作經驗
  • 有責任心,細心
  • 懂電腦word, excel操作
  • 良好粵語,中英文閱讀能力俱佳
  • 能即時上班可優先考慮
