Head of HR / Senior HR Manager – Well-known F&B Group
We are helping a well-established F&B group to look for a Head of HR / Senior HR Manager. The right candidate will be leading the HR team to oversee full spectrum of HR functions.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, onboarding and exit interviews etc.
- Prepare monthly reports, and generate HR statistics
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislations and Company regulations
- Maintain open communication with employees on HR issues, supporting employees’ wellness/engagement programs.
- Partner with business managers to effectively meet business goals
- To ensure constant recruitment processes are ongoing to meet the manpower requirements to cater to business needs.
- Collaborate and plan with department heads to ensure manpower is sufficient, understanding current manpower needs, and anticipate future manpower requirements.
- Carry out recruitment process from job posting/ talent search, sharing with relevant heads, to arranging of interview, shortlisting to contract signing.
- Recommend appropriate retention strategies and guide managers to carry out the approach
- Ensure that the recruitment standards are professional and rigorous
- To be well informed of F&B market demands on manpower requirements and remuneration and benefits and propose to the management team.
- Carry out the full payroll function in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in F&B and Retail industry is a plus
- Knowledgeable and experienced with HK’s Employment Act
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
