Responsibilities:

- Perform full spectrum of daily human resources duties including sourcing & selection, compensation & benefits, staff orientation & performance management etc.
- Assist in formulation & implementation of HR  & Adm policies & procedures 
- Provide and account for daily cost effective administrative services to our group including facilities and equipment management, office equipment & supplies, mailing & courier, licensing, delivery services & reallocation of shop etc 
- Arrange & organise training programme 
- Manage employee engagement actitivties and company events
- Assist the daily administration of  administrative &  logistics team and implement related procedures and co-ordinate with other business units.
- Safety, security and efficient management of all our company premises including office, warehouse and shops.
- Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

- Diploma / degree  holder in HR or related disciplines
- At least 5 years related experiences
- Good interpersonal skills, willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Good spoken and written English
- Immediate availability is preferred
- More experience will be considered as Sr. HR & Admin Officer
