Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily payment function and reconciliation including premium collection, cash management, etc.
• Prepare bank account reconciliation and follow the monitoring
• Handle daily fund trading, settlement and reconciliation
• Prepare daily voucher booking.
• Prepare monthly schedules, and other BAU tasks
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and customers on accounting issues
• Support on ad-hoc projects and initiative of the company

Incumbent Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Finance / Accounts or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably with relevant experience in insurance industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
