Responsibilities:

• Handled all-round human resources duties mainly on compensation & benefits and recruitment & selection areas
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to recruitment needs evaluation, career fair coordination, job posting, CV screening, interview logistics, job offering, employment, contract preparation and on boarding processes, conducting exit interviews, etc.
• Responsible for MPF, tax and benefits administration including but not limited to enrolment, termination
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in Administration field
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Chinese word processing ;
• Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibility ;
