An expanding legal firm in Central. We are looking for candidate to fill the following posts:

1.  Legal Secretary

• Provide secretarial support to solicitors for the preparation of legal documents and any ad hoc legal & compliance-related matters;
• At least 1 year's solid experience in law firm, preferably in litigation department;
• Fast and accurate typing skill with good telephone manner, formal secretarial training is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility a must;
• Be pleasant, self-motivated, reliable and systematic;
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.

2. Legal Filing Clerk

• Provide assistance to solicitors for the preparation of legal documents and any ad hoc legal & compliance-related matters;
• At least 1 year's solid experiences in law firms are preferred;
• Drafting simple court documents;
• Court filing and service of documents;
• Conducting company searches, land searches etc.
• Administrative duties as requested.
