Delighted to be working with a reputable company, with solid footprint in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a seasoned professional to join the Asia HR team as C&B Manager to manage C&B projects, performance management system and data & reporting in order to support the enhancement of policies.

Job Description

The role reports into the Regional Head of C&B and you will partner closely with the HR team on headcount budget forecasting and review, identifying trends and compiling reports for management review. Meanwhile, you will also manage C&B exercises from end-to-end including annual review, benefits renewal and policy revamp. This is a role where you will partner with country teams and HR COE in identifying gaps and putting plans into execution. 

You will use your experience to provide solutions in respect of enhancements, efficiencies and statutory changes to C&B programs. The role will also require you to participate in ad-hoc HR projects which happen within the region.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in C&B trend and experience in managing massive data and HR analysis. The person is number-sensitive and has strong communication skills. Having the ability to convey complex ideas into simple messages will be important in leading to the success of this role.

You should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in all-rounded C&B. Fluency in both English and Chinese and proficiency in MS Excel will be critical.
