Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To edit digital audio and video collections
- To perform clerical duties, such as typing, photocopying, scanning, documents sorting, data compilation
- Answering telephone enquiries regarding literary programmes and related competitions
- Simple labour work such as distribution, packing and unpacking event materials and publicity items
- mailroom duties such as envelopes preparation, mail distribution, bulk mailing and record keeping
- Input and handle data including statistics etc
Requirements :
- Secondary 5
- Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
- MS Word; MS Excel, Windows Media Player and Chinese Word Processing
- Level 2 & grade E or abv in Chinese & English & three other subjects in HKCEE/DSE
Employment Terms:
- $753 per day
- Mon to Fri: 8:45AM-6:00PM (8.25 working hours), 5 working days per week
- Employment period from 10/05/20222 to 29/04/2023
