Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for the recruitment process, including CV screening, shortlisting and arranging interviews with candidates
- Daily assist Manager/senior co-worker to maintain accurate employees’ attendance & leave records for participating the team for the monthly payroll tasks
- Input data into the database and monitor to the HRIS operations
- Prepare regularly internal HR report to HR Manager
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- With 1 year of working experience in HR/Recruiter position
- Experience in handling recruitment procedure or payroll management will be a plus
- Knowledge of HK HR employment ordinances
- Experience in HRIS implementation with service providers will be an advantage
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Enable to communicate and work with company staff
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior HR Officer
