Job Description

Our Client is a one of the Market Leader in the construction and engineering industry. You will work closely with HR Manager to provide full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development and staff relations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions including but not limited to payroll, MPF and taxation administration
• Plan, execute and monitor various annual exercises, including annual review exercise, incentive and bonus schemes, performance management, etc.
• Provide the business insights on the market trend on Compensation & Benefits and ensure the salary package is competitive in the market
• Review and implement HR policies and program to support business growth
• Conduct market survey regularly for providing business insights on the market pay trend in order to ensure the salary packages competitiveness
• Assist in other ah hoc projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in HR operations in a sizable organization.
• Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage but not a MUST.
• An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Well-versed in MS Office applications and HRIS system
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese
