Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal
• Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategy to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames
• Maintain database for candidate mapping
• Build long term relationship with key clients, and responsible for business development, relationship management with candidates

• Manage candidate and client interviews, prepare candidate profile and database update
• Provide various sales and administrative support to Consultants in order to maintain the maximum effectiveness of the operation

Requirements

• 1-5 years Recruitment consultant / Client service / Sales experience
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a good potential to assess people via LinkedIn, social networks, and platforms to find talent
• Hands-on experience on networking, building client relationships is highly preferred
• Flexible, positive, independent, detail-oriented and dynamic team player
• Enjoy working in a fast pace and energetic environment
• Should be able to take and achieve sales targets
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience may be considered as Team Coordinator or Researcher.
