JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing human resources services across the Group which covers a broad range of human resources activities including implementation of HR policies, compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, young engineer development, performance management, staff relations, etc.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions and activities including manpower planning, payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
• Design and implement strategic HR plans and programs to support the achievement of business objectives and organization growth
• Prepare HR reports with statistical analysis on regular basis
• Assist and work with business managers on staff development, retention strategy and reward program
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in human resources function
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other relevant law and regulations
• Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
• Intelligence, well-organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage
