Job Description
- Assist Associates administrative work - Register/update internal office management information
- Assist forward potential project enquires to Hong Kong associates
- Assist senior associate on following up potential projects in Hong Kong
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail, also schedules internal meetings and supports visitors.
- Consolidating documents and arrange for posting such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Maintains equipment log record for designers and stationery inventory for office, anticipating and orders needed supplies
- Any adhocs matter
- Excellent attention to details, meticulous and patient
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge of general administration procedures
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Punctual and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and work with clear deadline
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
- 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant
- Five-day work week

Today, LPA has a team of international and unique lighting design specialists at its offices in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. While the majority of LPA projects are in the area of architectural lighting design, ranges widely from residential, hotel, office, commercial, public space, landscape as well as full-scale urban lighting planning projects.
Over years of contribution to the professional lighting industry, LPA won international recognition and received diverse awards for our notable projects, include The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IES), International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and so on.
As a leading lighting consultant in the world, we treasure distinctive lighting culture around us and across the globe. Thanks to the lead by our founder Kaoru Mende and our endless curiosity towards lighting, “The Lighting Detectives”, a non-profit group dedicated to the study of lighting culture was formed. We study, research, promote and even evoke the prospect of future lighting through various activities. Including but not limited to City Night Walk, Lighting Survey, Children Workshops, Transnational Lighting Detective Forum and etc.
We are not satisfied with knowledge from books, but we go out into the streets where physical examples of lighting are found.
