Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing Senior Partner with full-spectrum executive secretarial and administration support, working closely with senior staff
  • Co-ordinate and manage external business affairs and ad hoc special projects
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Handle internal and external business correspondence, organize professional schedules and appointments
  • Perform other duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any field with prior experience in supporting senior executives
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Multi-tasking ability with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, sense of judgement and responsibility
  • Adaptive, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Occasional travel may be required
