Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties at front desk including greeting visitors; handling phone calls, incoming / outgoing mails / fax and courier services
- Responsible for full spectrum of administration function such as order stationery, office supplies, repair & maintenance, office security, attendance record, filing, back up office assistant duties…etc.
- Responsible for tea services for guests and senior management
- Manage meeting rooms, coordinate meetings and follow up with actions to be taken
- Source the best vendor with reports to support the office operations
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
- Basic 5 days’ work week (9:00 to 18:30)
- Willing to work outdoor and occasional overtime and on Saturdays
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above
- At least 2 years’ related experience
- Pleasant personality and good team player
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Stable, mature, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good Inter-personal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is preferred
