Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inventory of general supplies & maintenance of office administration & Beauty Center
• Perform all-round receptionist duties including guests greeting, phone call, and enquiry
• Handle general administrative tasks including but not limited to administration handling, filing and scanning, regular report handling
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operation in Beauty Center
• As hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1-2 years working experience
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Hands-on knowledge in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in written English & Chinese
