ESF International Kindergarten, Wu Kai Sha is seeking a self-motivated, organised and friendly Senior Administrator to lead and manage the smooth administration and operation of the school.
Main Accountabilities
Main Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain all administrative processes within the school and ensure that records are maintained and policies and procedures are observed
- Lead the administrative, caretaking and cleaning teams
- Manage the school’s accounting and procurement processes
- Manage the school’s HR processes
- Manage school resources including maintenance of asset registers
- Manage the maintenance of school facilities
- Oversee the school admissions process
- Provide administrative support to the School Leadership team
- To be the key point of contact with parents on non-educational issues and ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Liaise and cooperate with administrators in other schools and ESF Centre
Requirements
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and offers may be extended prior to the job closing date.- Previous experience in school administration
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Cantonese highly desirable
- High level interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with demanding people/clients
- Good IT skills including word processing, database and spreadsheets (experience with Advanced Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications desirable)
- Reliability, initiative and problem-solving skills
- High level organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

About the Team
ESF Kennedy School occupies a pleasant location on the west of Hong Kong Island. It benefits from the use of the swimming and sporting facilities of The University
of Hong Kong’s Stanley Ho Sports Centre, which is adjacent to the school. Music, Performing Arts and Physical Education are strengths of the school. A strong interest in environmental and ecological issues is also a theme of the learning.
We offer a high-quality, modern, liberal education based on the IB PYP which is adapted to meet the needs of children living in Asia.
All children receive regular swimming lessons in terms one and three. The school provides daily Mandarin lessons for all students and also offers a very rich and varied extra-curricular programme.
