Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all round HR functions including payroll, MPF and taxation administration, C&B, recruitment, employee relation, HR related documents and reports, etc.
• Involve in formulating and implementing HR and Admin. related policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff data in HRIS, including personal data, attendance and leave records (familiar with AlphaHRMS is an advantange)
• Assist in organising staff relation activities
• Implement HR projects and perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High Dip. or above in HR or Admin related discipline
• Min. 3 years relevant experience preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and reliable
• Immediately available is preferred
