JOB PURPOSE:

Be a core team member to support daily administration of the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle entire recruitment process and orientation program
• Create and update employee profiles and records both in HRIS and personnel files
• Participate in incentive scheme monitoring and payroll preparation
• Assist in daily routines administration including medical benefits, MPF, leave plan, incentive calculation, manpower statistics etc
• Coordinate PMS and staff training needs identification and enrollment with line management
• Participate in organizing staff events and recreation activities

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Conversant with employment related ordinances and regulations
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in HR field
• Self-motivated and attentive to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• IELTS 6.5 or above preferred
• Holder of HKIHRM membership will be an advantage
• Note : Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior HR Officer.
