Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full scope of efficient supports and services to the group operations, including Human Resources, Administration, Customer Services, Leasing and I.T. Support ;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration ;
  • Review group Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies ;
  • Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program ;
  • Handling Customer's Complaint case and Compile statistical analysis ;
  • Help to maintain the network & I.T. service for all frontline branches and office  ;
  • Preparing the Tenancy Agreements if required ; 
  • Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required ;
  • 5-day work week with 2 ex gratia Friday afternoon off, Bank Holidays ;
  • Standard working hours : Mon to Fri 10:00-19:00 / 2 Special Friday 10:00-14:00.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resource, Admin or related disciplines ;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position with sizable organizations ;
  • With experience in Beauty industry will be absolutely an advantage ;
  • Interested in or with experience in Customer Services, Leasing or I.T. Support field ;
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong ;
  • Detail-oriented, good analytical skills, well organized, open-minded, tactful, proactive, and reliable ;
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • Proficiency in MS Office ;
  • Good command of English and Chinese ;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
