Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full scope of efficient supports and services to the group operations, including Human Resources, Administration, Customer Services, Leasing and I.T. Support ;
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration ;
- Review group Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies ;
- Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program ;
- Handling Customer's Complaint case and Compile statistical analysis ;
- Help to maintain the network & I.T. service for all frontline branches and office ;
- Preparing the Tenancy Agreements if required ;
- Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required ;
- 5-day work week with 2 ex gratia Friday afternoon off, Bank Holidays ;
- Standard working hours : Mon to Fri 10:00-19:00 / 2 Special Friday 10:00-14:00.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resource, Admin or related disciplines ;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position with sizable organizations ;
- With experience in Beauty industry will be absolutely an advantage ;
- Interested in or with experience in Customer Services, Leasing or I.T. Support field ;
- Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong ;
- Detail-oriented, good analytical skills, well organized, open-minded, tactful, proactive, and reliable ;
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Proficiency in MS Office ;
- Good command of English and Chinese ;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
