• Responsible for full range of HR function, including recruitment, performance management, C & B and employee relations
• Design & implement strategic HR plans & program to support the achievements of business objectives and organization growth
• Set and review HR policies, ensure all the legal compliance and requirement of employment ordinance are met
• Compile HR analytics and reports and keep the management abreast of the data trend
• Support in formulation of talent related trainings, coordinate learning and development activities
• Manage a full spectrum of administrative functions for office and warehouse operation
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for administration and HR related matters

• Degree Holder in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of human resources management experience in a sizable company preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Strong command in verbal and written communication, English and Chinese
