Job Description
A dynamic family office is urgently seeking an energetic and amicable secretary to join their operation and provide a high standard of secretarial support to the Top Management.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the top management;
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments;
- Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents;
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed;
- Provide support in other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
- At least 6 years of practical secretarial experience to support top management;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
