ASANA 360 Internship Programme provide students with an “Earn & Learn” opportunity to experience the fast-paced working environment in beauty and retail industry. Throughout the 3 months’ programme, you can learn real business operations in your field by working with your buddy. Before the completion of this internship, each intern will present a topic like what inspired them or to share their learning journey with each other.

We are looking for the candidates who are:

• DSE graduated students / non-final year students of the University or Associate Degree / Higher Diploma
• Passionate, eager to learn, innovative, open-minded, beauty lover
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office

Valuable internship opportunities for you including:

• Human Resources & Administration Intern - You will experience daily operations in HR including talent acquisition, rewards management, training & development and staff engagement, etc. By partnering with your buddy to conduct interview, you may learn how to find a right person to fill a right position. Meanwhile, you will involve handling office administration to ensure the operation equipment are in a good fit.

• Accounting Intern - You will handle daily day-to-day accounting work for account payable functions including processing invoices, preparing cheque payments. There is a chance for you to try using accounting system in a daily manner.

• Front Desk Intern - This intern mainly provides customer services to our members in the reception. They will handle customer check in & out service and process member’s treatment booking. You will learn how to maintain a high level of service standard to our VVIP members.

• IT Intern - You will Involve in departmental initiatives and technical projects to support the growth of the company. Meanwhile, you will perform help desk support and to ensure the IT equipment at the office are in a good manner.

• Marketing Intern - The team develops and executes innovative marketing strategies by using various social media and channels. You have to work with internal team to produce engaging & inspirational content for social media platforms. You will also be a member to organize road shows or marketing campaigns to increase our brand awareness.

• Video Editor Intern - To support the media team, you will assist the video production from planning, shooting and editing to promote ASANA 360 products and treatments in order to enhance our brand awareness in social media and various channels.

• Supply Chain Intern - You will experience daily operations of procurement and warehouse like sourcing products and materials. You will also assist warehouse management by recording the stock inventory.
