Responsibilities 

  Provide administrative and sales support such as

• Document filing,
• handle member card printing and prepare member welcome pack,
• ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager

Qualifications and Experience  

• F.5 or above, with at least 1-year related experience (e.g. admin / policy admin).
• Good service attitude, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Good communication & listening skills, able to work well with people
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Willing to work overtime if required
• Computer literacy in the use of MS Office, Excel
