This is a newly created position and a critical role in the Human Resources team of the Group. We are looking for a team member to strengthen the HR team and participate in the project of establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) and management manual for the F&B Group. The incumbent will lead the efforts to develop, document and implement the management manual and SOP, ensuring that all policies, processes and standards are effectively managed and maintained according to the benchmarks established.

RESPONSIBILITIES

l    Meet with key leaders and staff of each unit/department/team to understand details of every aspect of the operations including policies, processes and procedures in all areas.

l    Organize and digest the data collected, compare with industry benchmarks and best practices to identify loose ends and areas for improvement.

l    Prepare the step-by-step standard operating procedures for all processes, validate with leaders and staff through interviews, site inspections and desk reviews to ensure practicality and ease of implementation throughout the organization.

l    Develop SOP tools like workflow maps, checklists, templates and guidance notes and provide training on their usage.

l    Establish tracking and control tools, analytics, management intelligence and review the effectiveness and sustainability of the SOP on an ongoing basis.

l    Secure leadership and staff buy-in and ensure that the SOP is implemented flawlessly and becomes an important tool for organization development and workplace culture.

l    Review learning and insights from SOP reports and findings and make recommendations to management for organization enhancement.

l    Provide support on regular human resources activities including talent acquisition, benefits and staff development.

REQUIREMENTS

l     Degree in Human Resources management, business or any related disciplines

l     2-3 years of post graduate work experience

l     Experience inwriting and reviewing policies, procedures, developing SOP, business plans, prospectuses, franchise documents and/or management manuals

l     Interpersonal and influencing skills managing stakeholders from all areas and all levels throughout the organization

l     Excellent communicator in both English and Cantonese – verbal and written

l     Ability to influence without authority

l     Project management skills driving key milestones, ability to manage conflicts and drive changes in organizations

l     Knowledge of the F&B and catering industry is an advantage
