Job Description

• Be responsible for JD drafting and job posting
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, various recruitment platforms, etc.
• Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, phone interviews, clients interviews and other follow up procedures
• Perform data entry to make personnel changes and updates in the system
• Support market/salary research and consolidates it into a report
• Provide general office administration and clerical supports
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other HR-related projects

Job Requirement

• Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Competent in MS Office application
• Responsible, detail-minded, hardworking and willing to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and competitive environment

We Offer

• Working hours: 9am – 6pm
• 5 days of work: Mon – Fri
• Working Location: Kwun Tong
• Salary provided (hourly)
• Internship Period: May/June 2022 – Aug 2022
