Requirements: 

• DSE or above
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with solid administrative experience to Managers, experience in building & construction is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is a must 
• Having HR or procurement experience is a plus
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Responsible, good communication skill, proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities: 

• Administrative support to Managers
• Maintain proper and systematic system in files and records
• Handling administrative duties, including generating purchasing order, handling material suppliers, HR related tasks, documentation, and etc.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
