Role Overview

- Prepare personal loan drawdown contracts

- Ensure documentations from clients

- Explain contract terms to clients

- Handle enquires from email, phone and company Whatsapp account

- Prepare periodical reports

- Maintain and update clients’ information in CRM system

Ideal Profile

- HKDSE or above

- 1 year or above administrative experience preferrable from Retail Banking or Financial Institutions with financial compliance sense

- Knowledge in personal loan will be an advantage

- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
