Reporting to Corporate Human Capital Management Director, the incumbent is responsible for assisting the end to end HR services.

Job Duty

• Participate in all round HR daily duties:
  • P-file maintenance and other administrative duties for newly joined employees
  • Assist in interview arrangement and maintain application log
  • Assist in monthly salary computation and MPF enrollment
  • Handle medical claims enquiry
  • Update internet department page and agency records
• Support in HR projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• University student in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Willing to learn, detail-minded with good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and English word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
