Being a HR in Toby, you will be given a great exposure on different aspects including Operation, Recruitment and Employee Relations. We care People in the Company. You will participate in planning and executing different People strategies to promote company culture with the management team. You can make a great impact on the Company  as long as you SPEAK UP! 

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR operation includes Contract drafting, On/Off boarding logistics, Payroll, MPF administration and HRIS maintenance
• Act as a business partner to provide HR solutions to the manager on people related matters including  talent acquisition and retention, change management and performance management
• Organize company events like Christmas Party and Team Building events
• Work with management team to execute  People strategy to reinforce Company culture
• Manage all aspects of office administration
• Provide support to ad hoc tasks and staff / administrative needs of the business

Requirements

• Degree holder of any discipline
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist
• Strong desire to make CHANGES to the company
