P.A. / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

-Perform general secretarial support to Managing Director

-Prepare correspondence, proposals, quotations, applications, specifications, reports and presentations including typing, formatting, collation and distribution.

-Maintain correspondence and filing in accordance with the relevant procedure.

-Event planning and execution.

-Office administration

-Account management for individual business projects.

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree holder

-Minimum 5 years' secretarial experience

-Prior work experience in property industry or construction company is preferable

-Sensitive to figures with good analytical skills

-Excellent customer service and telephone manner

-Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-Energetic and enthusiastic, multi-tasked, detailed minded, organized, efficient and effective
