Job Description

• The head of Human Resources and Administration department
• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, and administration
• Handle monthly payroll, final payment, leave calculation, MPF and taxation in timely matter
• Compile HR analytics reports for management review
• Identify and recommend solutions to top management and drives overall HR performance
• Oversee and provide administrative support for both office and frontline,
• Maintain close relationship with internal departments to deliver appropriate supporting for frontlines
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for Administration & HR related matters
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid HR and Administration managerial experience in fitness, beauty or retail business
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant legislation and regulations
•  Strong numerical, analytical mind with proficient in MS Excel
•  A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
