Job Description
Job Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing, etc
- Responsible for editing invoice, documents and reports
- Provide full admin. & coordination support to the different department
- Handle customers enquiries by phone, email and whatsapp
- Assist in ad hoc projects and participating in wedding expo
Requirements
- DSE/Form 7 or above discipline
- Min.1 years or above experience in administration, experience in wedding services and restaurant company is a definite advantage
- Proficient in Chinese and English word processing
- Familiar with MS office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
- Shift duty is required (11:00-20:00 from Mon-Sun, 9 working hours a day)
