Job Duties

• Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing, etc
• Responsible for editing invoice, documents and reports
• Provide full admin. & coordination support to the different department
• Handle customers enquiries by phone, email and whatsapp
• Assist in ad hoc projects and participating in wedding expo

Requirements

• DSE/Form 7 or above discipline
• Min.1 years or above experience in administration, experience in wedding services and restaurant company is a definite advantage
• Proficient in Chinese and English word processing
• Familiar with MS office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
• Shift duty is required (11:00-20:00 from Mon-Sun, 9 working hours a day)
