Job Summary:

• Assist in end-to-end hiring process and employee life cycle management
• Support the recruitment logistics including channel sourcing, job posting, CV screening, contract preparation, interview coordination, contract signing and on-boarding arrangement etc.
• Coordinate internal movement and off-boarding logistics, e.g. prepare letters, forms, data entry and filing
• Maintain HR records in filing system and HRIS including personal data, attendance data, payroll data etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Holder of diploma or above in human resources management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience 
• Able to work accurately and independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Efficient, responsible and conscientious
• Attention to details, detail-minded and good team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available would be an advantage
