− Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operation
− Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies & maintenance of office administration & Beauty Center
− Perform all-rounded administrative support and guarantee smooth operations
− Handle general administrative tasks including but not limited to administration handling, filing and scanning, regular report handling
− Provides secretarial and administrative support to CEO
− Bookkeeping
− Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
− F.5 or above with Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Service Operations or related field
− 3 years or above administrative and operations experience, relevant experience in beauty operations support will be an advantage
− Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
− Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on skills of MS Office
− Immediate available is highly preferred
