Role Summary

This role exists to manage and support the training and development needs primarily for the company and also the regional office based in Hong Kong, and from time-to-time may cover other units in Asia and Europe arising from Group initiatives.

As a member of the HR shared services team, this role will collaborate with other HR counterparts for input to design, execute and deliver training solutions to employees. Specifically, the incumbent is expected to manage the full spectrum / cycle of training which includes designing, implementing, delivering and evaluation of training solutions.

Job Description

• Promote a culture of self-learning and self-development, fully responsible for the company’s training policy, including promoting awareness and the administration of the policy.
• In-house trainer for internal courses which may include performance management and/or other internal training programs cascaded from Group.
• Manage the materials and delivers orientation program for new joiners to ensure positive employees experience at onboarding.
• Responsible for managing, coordinating and roll out of face to face or virtual trainings.
• Work with internal stakeholders on training needs, recommends external vendors as appropriate for delivery of identified solutions.
• Responsible for training administration as it relates to training sponsorships, course enrolments, company sponsored memberships, as well as training calendar.
• Maintain overview of training budget and attendance.
• Responsible for the administration of licensed staff and respective CPD to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• In collaboration with internal stakeholders, will also support employees engagement and corporate wellbeing initiatives.
• Any other training projects or initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or any related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven track record in conducting training and development programmes at local and regional level.
• Good communication skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills
• Independent and self-driven
• Collaboration and teamwork with good relationship building.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Comfortable to work and deal with ambiguity and change
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational in Mandarin an advantage.
